Here's the thing about older slabs - they don't have to stay that way. This garage had three decades of wear on it, and the concrete showed it. Before we even thought about applying a coating, we put in over 100 linear feet of crack repair. That's not a shortcut most people take, but it's exactly the kind of prep work that separates a floor that lasts from one that starts peeling in a couple of years.

Prep is everything in this trade. If the slab isn't properly repaired and profiled before coating, it doesn't matter how good the product is. The coating will only be as strong as the surface underneath it. So we took the time to do it right, which is why the finished floor looks as clean and uniform as it does.

We coated this one in Smoke - a gray flake blend that's tough to beat for both looks and function. It hides minor scuffs and dirt well, it's slip-resistant, and it's genuinely easy to keep clean. No more sweeping up dust that just kicks back up. A quick mop and you're done.

The finished result is a floor that feels completely different from what was there before. That's what a proper garage floor coating does - it takes a slab that's been ignored for years and turns it into something that actually adds value to the space. Durable, sharp, and built to hold up under daily use.
