These guys are very detailed and eager to provide top quality concrete coatings. I learned through the interview process that they use a very high end product called Penntek. This isn't your normal epoxy stuff, so the price will reflect a higher end product and service. However, Colton is willing to negotiate to make everyone happy. Install went very smooth. They stayed late to make sure the job was finished right. They knocked out my 600sq ft metal garage AND my 175 sq ft backyard patio in the same day. Very nice upgrade!

Working with Colton at Toptek was outstanding. I had seen other garage floors my friends have wear out fast so I wanted ours done right — and I can already tell our floor was built to last!
